Good audio is invisible. Bad audio is all anyone remembers — the room echo, the hum under the intro, the guest who sounds like they're calling from inside a fridge. We built Studio Portal so that the only thing people notice is the work.

We're a video and podcast production studio for creators, brands and businesses who want their content to look and sound like they meant it. Not “content” in the churn-it-out sense. The kind you're proud to put your name on.

That's the whole idea behind our tagline, and we mean it literally: create with purpose.

What you can book

Most people come to us for one of four things, and you can book any of them online in a couple of minutes:

• Podcast production — walk in with an idea, walk out with an episode. The room, the mics, the editing, the lot.

• YouTube content — properly lit, properly framed, built for the platform instead of squeezed onto it.

• Training content — clear, watchable video that actually teaches, for teams and course creators.

• Marketing content — brand video that earns the scroll instead of interrupting it.

Some shoots don't belong in a studio. A factory floor, a launch event, a founder who can't leave the office for a day — those want to be filmed where they actually happen.

So we pack up and bring the studio to you, anywhere in South Africa. On-location podcasts and YouTube shoots. Training filmed at your premises. Marketing content shot wherever your story lives. And when a shot genuinely earns it, drone footage from above — cinematic aerials from R2,000, as an add-on or a shoot of their own.

We also take on the bigger, made-to-brief work: company profile videos, commercials built to sell, and music videos for when the song's done and it deserves the whole story. These are custom-scoped — tell us about the project and we'll put together a proposal built around it, not around a price list.
