What to Expect After Booking
STEP 01
Confirmation
You'll receive a booking confirmation email with session details and a prep guide.
STEP 02
Briefing
A member of our team will reach out to confirm your brief, background preference and guest count.
STEP 03
Showtime
Arrive at Brickfield Park, Salt River. Matthew or Ethan will have the studio ready for you.
STEP 04
First Edit
Your recording will be backed up immediately after the session. You can expect your first edit within 7-21 days, depending on your package level.
STEP 05
Revisions
Once you receive your edited version, you can make any chages you would like made on the Frame.io App. Only applies to packages above Basic.
STEP 06
Reels
Once you are happy with the full episode recorded, you can select which sections you would like as short clips on the Frame.io App.

Can I change my package tier after booking?
Yes, just let us know before your session starts.
What's included in the studio hire?
Full lighting rig, multi-camera setup, up to 4 microphones, production coordination and raw footage handover as standard.
Do you shoot on weekends?
Yes, subject to availability.
What if I need more time on the day?
Extra time is billed at your package's hourly rate, subject to studio availability.
